Taxes
A sales tax of 7% is charged to all Florida residents upon checkout.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Items ship within one (1) day of cleared payment via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped every day of the week.
International Shipping
Items ship within one (1) day of cleared payment via USPS First Class International. Orders are shipped every day of the week.
Custom Charges
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.
Shipping Upgrades
Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available for all orders. If you need expedited shipping please email me before purchasing to set it up.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be granted for items returned within 10 days of reception in their original, unworn, unused condition with all tags still attached. A full refund (minus the shipping costs) will be made as soon as I receive the item(s) back.
*Antisparkle Apparel reserves the right to inspect returns for damage before issuing a refund. Earrings, custom work and sale items are non-refundable.
Please Note
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.
Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me right away. You will have the option to receive a full refund or I will replace the item(s).

Non-damaged Items
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me right away so that I can trace it.
Please allow ample time for your packages to be received.
