What is the difference between First Class Mail and Priority Shipping? First Class Mail takes 4-8 days to arrive. Priority shipping will arrive within 1-3 days after we ship your item out. International Shipping & DeliveryDo you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide.

How soon will my order arrive? Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive depending on customs and the country's postal services.

What is the difference between First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International? First Class Mail takes 1-8 weeks to arrive. Priority shipping will arrive within 6-10 business days after we ship your item out.
Do I have to pay custom fees? International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Returns & ReplacementsWhat is your return/exchange policy? We accept returns on most items*. If your item is in unused condition, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another item/size within 15 days of receiving it. *Antisparkle will not cover for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders. Do you take checks or money orders? Unfortunately not at this time.
Is there sales tax? Yes, a 7% sales tax is added to purchases shipped within the state of Florida. Viewing OrdersCan I view my order status online? Yes if you have created an account you can log in and check the status of your order.
Can I view past orders? Yes. Creating an account gives you access to your order history. Updating Account InformationCan I update my account information? Yes. If you signed up for an account through Antisparkle Apparel you can update your information at any time. Just log into your account and make changes as necessary. |
